About us

We are a young and vibrant tech company which started life at university. Our Director, Sami, started selling his friends' used tech devices from his bedroom and soon realised there was a gap in the market. As the demand grew, so did the business, and within months Innofinity Worldwide was conceived. He needed a helping hand, so Ben joined him, and the company started to really take shape. From selling one phone a week at the beginning, we have grown exponentially in only four years and now sell over 500 phones every single week.

Based in London, we are an ambitious and fast-moving start-up company and our successes have been shared by our tight-knit team of colleagues. Having started from just a team of two, we now employ fifteen people to keep the business running smoothly.

Here’s our team…

Directors - Sami and Ben. The men who founded Innofinity Worldwide at University and have shaped it into what it is today.
Operations – Jack, Daysi, Mike, and Rosie. Keeping the show on the road one task at a time. They make sure that orders go out on time and the office is running in the most efficient way.
Customer Service – Alexandra and Rosie. Please ask them anything – they know all there is to know when it comes to buying or selling iPhones.
Returns – Jack and Alexandra. They will be taking care of your phone in the rare instance that it isn’t 100% perfect and will be in touch with you throughout the process.
Technicians – Steve, Kristijan, and Usman. Our tech wizards – know how to fix just about everything on a mobile phone.
40-Point Check - Vivian and Rosie. With a 40-step checking process, Vivian and Rosie ensure that all phones we dispatch are fully working and ready to be used.
Fulfilment – Daysi Senior, Tyler, and Ray. Yes, we have two Daysi’s and yes, they are both awesome. Daysi, Tyler, and Ray heads up the fulfillments in the office and makes sure you get your phone on time, every time.
